People who grew up Catholic have only one 'May the fourth' response

We raise it up to the Lord.

HAPPY STAR WARS Day/one of the worst days on the internet.

It’s the day when that infamous phrase – uttered by Obi-Wan Kenobi and Han Solo among others –  aligns with the calendar, meaning ‘May the fourth be with you’ greetings coming out of your ears.

For anyone who grew up Catholic, and particularly anyone who grew up going to mass, it’s also a day when this happens…

Of course, the New Mass carry on has thrown things a bit…

But this will always be the full May the fourth refrain…

Peace out.
