On December 20th, a three-year-old boy named Michael Brown was officially adopted by Tara Montgomery and his family.
How much did it mean to him? A lot, if these photos are anything to go by.
Brown’s adoptive sister Dezhianna posted photos of the adoption on Twitter and they quickly went viral, earning over 54,000 retweets.
His little sign read, “Some things are worth the wait. 832 days in foster care, today I’m adopted.”
His mother Tara Montgomery told ABC News, “It felt like he was a part of our family right from the start.”
He is the most loving, smart, funny and happy kiddo. He wakes in the morning and says, ‘Mom, I so happy.’
It’s a Christmas miracle.
