flash with the cash

This Temple Bar restaurant's seafood platter is the most expensive takeaway item in Ireland

Er, we’ll stick to the Dominos.

MOST OF US wouldn’t think to spend more than €20 on a takeaway.

But for those of you are little more flash with the cash, there are options.

Behold The S.F.A, which is officially the most expensive takeaway item in Ireland.

It’s essentially a platter of seafood from Temple Bar’s Klaw and comes with a whole lobster, a whole crab, eight prawns, eight unshucked oysters and toast.

And the damage?

€120.

t Deliveroo Deliveroo

Oof.

The platter is the most expensive item available on Deliveroo in Ireland, though it pales in comparison to some of the pricey items in other Deliveroo markets.

In Paris, you can order this 50g tub of caviar for €412. (For those nights you want to relax with some Netflix and caviar, you know yourself.)

In Hong Kong, meanwhile, you can get this tomahawk steak delivered to your house for an eye-watering €267.

According to Business Insider, The S.F.A ranks as the 9th most expensive item on Deliveroo worldwide.

Call us cheapskates, but we might stick to Domino’s.
