OPeration Transformation

A debate over dog handling has broken out after last night's Operation Transformation

Is it possible to work out in the same room as your dog?

“I don’t think the show is helping me with my stress levels – but there’s a lot of stress in my life,” he said. “Sometimes I think is it worth it? All of it?

Where do you turn? I’ve no-one to turn to. I’m supposed to be the strong one but sometimes you can be screaming inside.”

His candid confession was appreciated on social media:

Elsewhere, Jean struggled with the anniversary of the death of her baby daughter Sloane, but still managed to record a 3lb weight loss.

However, it was Karl Henry’s choice words for Pamela and her dogs that prompted the biggest conversation online.

For next week, personal trainer Karl Henry told Pamela she needs to put the dogs outside so she can give the workouts her best effort.

This gave way to a feeling of consternation from dog-lovers.

Pamela admitted she’d learned her lesson and that she’d be be locking the dogs in the kitchen going forward.

RUFF going? Eh? (I’m sorry.)
