WE KNOW IT’S only Monday morning, but we’re going to go out on a limb and say that this might be one of the great things we’ll see this week.
A runaway pig was seen streaking through the crowd during King Kong Company’s open air performance at the Waterford Harvest Festival at the weekend.
We’ve reached out to the Harvest Festival organisers to determine if the plucky porker managed to outwit his would-be captors.

Update: The good folk at the Big Breakfast Blaa show on WLRFM tell us that the pig was “retaken and the drama ended well”. He’s said to be currently holidaying in Dunmore East.
