The Pizza Cake is the creation of Boston Pizza, a chain based in Canada but with franchises throughout North America.
It’s launched a campaign called Game Changers, asking customers to vote on various pizza-based innovations. The one with the most votes will enter mass production.
Needless to say, the Pizza Cake is currently sitting pretty in the top spot with more than 7,000 backers. The blurb describes it as
