Rocky, Yoda and Dame Edna...8 of the world's oddest statues

Arnold Schwarzenegger has commissioned three statues of himself but we wonder if these celebs would be happy with their bronzed selves.

LAST WEEK, FORMER politician and ex-movie star Arnold Schwarzenegger commissioned three bronze statues of himself.

The monuments – one of which he will keep for himself – will be eight foot high and weigh 580 pounds each.

However, he is not the only celebrity to be commemorated with life-size replicas of themselves.

Here we unveil eight other famous people who have been made eternal through flattering – but often unusual – statues:
