Ronan O'Gara has apologised for THAT cheeky quip on the Late Late Show

Delayed mortification.

IT SEEMS RONAN O’Gara has come down with a bad case of the guilts over a very cheeky comment he made on the Late Late Show on Friday night.

Tubs asked O’Gara if he was more proud of the number of points he scored during his time as a professional rugby player, or his five children.

This is what he said:

“I wouldn’t be nervous getting up on Jessica, but I’d be nervous kicking a ball.”

(That’s the ridiculously drunk audience you hear whooping and hollering at the end of that clip.)

Well, someone must have had a quiet word with him about it – because the rugby star tweeted this apology for the ‘very poor joke’ earlier today.

Oh Ronan, don’t worry. You’re a gas ticket.
