WHILE WE MAY not all be gifted with the ability to twerk, most of us are familiar with the concept now.
Images of jiggling booties have been propelled through our television screens in film and music alike in recent times.
Now though, we’re seeing the darker side of the ‘twerk’, as thirty three high school students in San Diego have been suspended for filming themselves partaking in the activity. Shocking carry on really. Clearly the rampant booty was too much for the administrators of Scripp Ranch High School.
Here is a local news report on the incident – it’s hard to know what’s funnier, listening to a news reporter repeatedly say ‘twerk’, or the teenagers talking about it in hushed tones.
