So, it's the first day of summer in Ireland...

Wouldn’t expect anything less.

ACCORDING TO THE Irish calendar today is the first day of summer in our glorious country.

So naturally, this was the rainfall radar at 4am:

It is supposed to brighten up throughout the day “with some sunny spells developing… but heavy showers also, with a risk of isolated thunderstorms”.
