LAST NIGHT, TAYLOR Swift brought her 1989 tour to Washington DC.
Ahead of the gig, local weatherman Mike Thomas decided to incorporate a number of Taylor Swift gigs and references into his forecast.
This rain keeps cruising, can’t stop, won’t stop moving — and should continue to fade away from the area.
It’s as delightfully cringey as it sounds.
And you know who got a kick out of it? None other than Taylor Swift herself.
The singer retweeted the forecast last night and urged him to “never change”.

And poor Mike was so stunned by Swift’s endorsement that he couldn’t go back to sleep. Probably because his phone received, oh, millions of notifications.
And we don’t expect him to get over it any time soon.
