Anna Faris reminded Chris Pratt she's an ordained minister following that proposal... it's The Dredge

It’s all the dirt you need.

EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt from the top to the very bottom.

Chris Pratt and Anna Faris divorce Ian West Ian West

Anna Faris reminded Chris Pratt she’s an ordained minister following that engagement announcement

While countless others are likely still reeling over the fact Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have gotten engaged after just five months of dating, Chris’ ex-wife, Anna Faris, is buzzing for them.

Speaking on her podcast, Anna Faris Is Unqualified, this week, the actress revealed that she learned of her ex-husband’s engagement when he text her to fill her in on his proposal.

Chris texted me this morning and he was like, you know, ‘I proposed to Katherine last night.” I was like ‘Ah! That’s amazing’.

In fact, Anna would be more than happy to play a role in the ceremony, and told her ex as much.

“And I texted him back, ‘Just want to remind you, I’m an ordained minister,’ she told listeners.

News of Anna and Chris’ separation in 2017 came as as a shock to fans and followers, so it’s no real surprise that many wondered how Anna would take the news that Chris had proposed to Katherine just a few months after finalising his divorce from Anna.

But it seems concern for Anna is totally unnecessary.

I knew that it was going to happen. I love her, and I love him, and I’m just so happy that they found each other. The truth is there isn’t any bitterness and I’m just so happy we’re all really happy.

Well, there you have it.

Sticking with Katherine Schwarzenegger for a moment…

Footage has resurfaced of the moment Katherine picked Chris Evans over Chris Pratt during a past interview with Access Hollywood.

We know, not ideal by any stretch.

During a game of Would You Rather, Katherine was faced with Chris Pratt, Chris Evans, or Chris Hemsworth, and Katherine – without missing a beat – instantly replied “Chris Evans.”

But, to be fair to her, after a moment’s deliberation she suddenly changed her mind and chose the man who is soon to become her husband.

Actually Chris Pratt. Chris Pratt’s been looking good lately, so you never know.

Rihanna has taken her father, Ronald Fenty, to court

The 30-year-old has accused her father of exploiting her name in an effort to further his own business, which he established in 2017 with Moses Perkins.

Ronald and his business partner own a firm called Fenty Entertainment, and according to the lawsuit, they suggested Rihanna is connected to the firm in a press release which was featured on the website.

As Rihanna owns trademarks for the Fenty name in the US, she sent cease and desist letters to Fenty Entertainment, and has now launched a lawsuit.

According to the BBC, the lawsuit states:

Defendants continue to this date to use their misrepresentations for their commercial advantage and to mislead the public. This fraudulent conduct harms not only plaintiffs but the public at large and requires judicial intervention.

Rihanna and her father are understood to have a strained relationship. Shocking says you.
