J-Law wears Irish designer's piece in Hunger Games movie

Úna Burke hails from Co Roscommon.

A DECORATIVE ARM brace made by Irish designer Úna Burke features in the latest Hunger Games movie Catching Fire, worn by the luminous Jennifer Lawrence herself.

Burke, who’s from Roscommon, works with leather and brass to make jewellery, belts, handbags and other pieces in her studio in London.

The piece worn by Lawrence – aka Katniss Everdeen – in Catching Fire has also been purchased by Daphne Guinness and Lady Gaga.

Burke posted the news on her Facebook page and also features in Capitol Couture, a website dedicated to Hunger Games fashion.
