Watch: German finance minister plays Sudoku during Greek bailout debate

You would think that Wolfgang Schaeuble would have something better to do during an important debate…

YOU WOULD THINK the finance minister of the eurozone’s biggest economy would have more pressing matters to take care of especially during a debate on approving a second bailout for Greece.

But you’d be wrong.

Wolfgang Schaeuble was caught playing a game of Sudoku during a parliamentary debate on the second bailout for Greece which was approved earlier this week.

Clearly being finance minister requires good numeracy skills but nonetheless as, Frank Schaeffler, the finance expert in Schaeuble’s coalition partners noted to tabloid Bild: “You should ask yourself when the timing is appropriate.”
