What to watch on TV tonight: Friday

Here’s the telly that everyone will be talking about tomorrow.

The Graham Norton Show – Final (BBC One, 10.35pm)

The show has finished for another season, but tonight we get to take a look back at the most memorable guests of the season.

This could include anyone from Jamie Foxx talking about Ed Sheeran living with him or doing his amazing Kanye West impression, Imelda May, Patrick Stewart telling the story about when he didn’t know whether or not he was circumcised, Michael Caine, Nicole Kidman, Michael Fassbender doing the worm and countless other celebrities getting up to the usual antics on Graham’s show.

The Crystal Maze: Celebrity Special (Channel 4, 9pm)

After last weeks inaugural episode, Richard Ayoade is back to guide another group of celebrities through the 90s game show maze in order to win money for charity Stand Up To Cancer. Tonight it features Steve Jones, Scarlett Moffatt, Joey Essex, Jodie Kidd and David Coulthard.

The Best of the Late Late Show (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)

Ryan Tubridy gets to take a summer holiday from the show, but we do not. If you’re not a Graham Norton fan, tonight you can spend your evening taking a look back over the best moments of the past season featuring Brendan Grace, Imelda May, Katherine Lynch, Christy Dignam and many more.

Everybody’s talking about… Sense8 receiving a two-hour finale

sense8 Netflix Netflix

People were (to say the least) furious at the news of the cancellation of Sense8 on Netflix. Yesterday Netflix shared news on social media that they’ll air a special two-hour finale in 2018. While it could offer some decent closure for the series, it’s likely that the petition-making, letter-writing, angrily-tweeting fans will not be satisfied by just two more hours of the show.
