What to watch on TV tonight: Monday

EVERY WEEKDAY lunchtime, rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

World Cup (All evening, RTÉ Two, UTV, BBC One) 

Biggest game of the evening kicks off at 5pm with pre-tournament favourites Germany taking on Portugal at 5pm. Later there’s Iran and Nigeria at 8pm and USA and Ghana at 11pm. If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em. #GER #POR #worldcup 

The Dentists (UTV, 9pm) 

Does the sound of the drill make your knees go watery? Do you flinch at the mention of root canal? Then you might need a cushion to hide behind if you plan on watching this behind-the-scenes look at the University Dental Hospital of Manchester. #thedentists

Sinn Féin: Who are they? (TV3, 10pm) 

Part two of the documentary examines the transition from armed struggle to mainstream politics. It also features Martin Ferries taking about his IRA involvement and Pearse Doherty discussing possible leadership. #SF #SinnFein #SFWhoAreThey
