The Jump (Channel 4, 8pm) 

Strangely compelling reality skiing show where celebrities take on the slopes of the Austrian Alps. #TheJump 

Lochra Gael (TG4, 8pm) 

A profile of the Gaelic footballer and basketballer Liam McHale is the jumping off point for this new series. Once described as good enough for the NBA McHale played for Mayo from 1989 to 1997, but never got his hands on an All Ireland medal. #LochraGael
