What to watch on TV tonight: Sunday

Here are the shows that will be on your Twitter timeline this evening.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Meaning of Life with Gay Byrne (RTÉ One, 10.35pm)

God Delusion author Richard Dawkins is Gay’s guest this week. A man with strong beliefs on.. er… belief, he’s had his troubles recently with increasingly problematic tweets. Lets see what Uncle Gaybo has in store for him. #MeaningOfLife

Braveheart (RTÉ Two, 9.00pm)

Clean Break (RTÉ One, 9.30pm)

The last in this well-received four part series about the residents of a Wexford community. The silence surrounding the kidnapping is about to collapse as Frank reaches breaking point. Tense stuff. #CleanBreak

Everybody’s talking about… #StrictlyComeDancing

Last night’s episode saw golden boy Jay McGuiness mess up a bit as his twinkle toes twinkled a little bit less. Anton DuBec topped the leaderboard for only the second time in his Strictly career. And of course, there was Gleb and the shirt.

Or lack of shirt.

Or switch over for…

  • The Strictly Results (BBC One, 7.15pm) Who will go this week?
  • Marvel’s Agents of Shield (RTÉ Two, 7.45pm) It’s the season three premiere and Coulson and co are on the hunt for people with superhuman powers
  • Dan in Real Life (UTV Ireland, 7.40pm) Enjoyable meandering rom com starring Steve Carrell and Juliette Binoche
  • The X Factor (TV3, 7pm) It’s the final stage of the six chair challenge
  • Downton Abbey (UTV, 9pm) If you’re lucky enough to still be able to get UTV on your Skybox, you can tune in. Otherwise it’s on TV3 on Wednesday night
