ALDI, WE LOVE you, but it’s time we had a stern chat about one of your offerings — namely your notions crisps.
Look, we’re all for a fancy crisp every now and again.
We’ve been known to eschew a lowly bag of Tayto in favour of something more indulgent. You only live once and all that.
But some of your crisps are frankly… a little much.

Ah, remember the days when Thai sweet chilli crisps were considered ‘exotic’?
Those days are behind us because now it’s all about Gourmet Confit Duck & Boozy Berry crisps.
Does Aldi think we’re all living in Downton Abbey or something?
Who asked for black truffle-flavoured crisps? Because frankly, that sounds like something you’d try at a fancy party and then spit into your napkin.
Why not just do a craft beer-flavoured crisp while you’re at it?
