The Brunch Daiquiri has just been created and it's the pinnacle of Irish cocktails

This is it. It won’t be beaten.

IT WAS ONLY on Friday night that The Paddocks pub in Clonee revealed their Tangle Twister cocktail creation that was inspired by The Boozey Swine.

But last night they went one better.

And revealed their new Brunch Daiquiri

Well, this is a revelation.

They revealed it on Facebook yesterday for the bank holiday weekend and got a ridiculously positive reaction.

Let’s call it now: this Brunch creation is the pinnacle of Irish cocktails. Never mind fancy mixology – they’ve just invented an alcoholic cocktail with one of the country’s favourite ice creams.
