Cantina

This food truck serving delicious-looking tacos is making its way to Dublin

And we are ready to fill our gobs with tacos.

DUBLIN IS GREAT, but it’d be better with more tacos. That’s where the Cantina food truck comes in.

Cantina launched back in December in Newcastle, Co Galway, and serves tasty Mexican food like burritos, tacos, and ‘naked burritos’ (AKA a burrito bowl).

According to Lovin Dublin, the menu is inspired by chef Nick Fitzgerald ‘s trips around Mexico, where he worked in Pujol, one of the top restaurants in the world.

Fitzgerald’s truck will make a stop in the capital city next month – and that’s brilliant news, because the fare looks pretty damn delicious.

It’s not known where they’re going to set up shop yet, but keep an eye on their Twitter feed for details. We’re watching it like hawks.
