IT’S SERIOUS STUFF all this EU summit lark. But as leaders – well most of them – agreed a new fiscal compact in Brussels last night there was some time for a bit of tomfoolery.
For that look no further then the moment yesterday when French president Nicolas Sarkozy playfully nuzzled our own Enda Kenny while chatting with the Cypriot president Dimitris Christofias.
But what we want to know is what was being said between the trio?
