MOST COLLEGE CAREERS feature at least a few assignments where you just scrape over the word count and do your best to make it look like it’s a quality piece of academia.
This student didn’t even try for that.
A college lab professor in the US shared an assignment he received today on Imgur, and it started with a bombshell from the student:
“To be honest, I found out last week that I will be on academic suspension next semester (due to my grade in Differential Equations)”
And then it turned into a bit of a delightful narrative about the student’s future plans
The suspension isn’t the worst news ever:
Due to this new information, I’ve spent the last week coordinating future flying lessons to re-pursue my pilot’s license, of which I had started it several years ago, but was unable to finish due to finances at the time.
And the conclusion is just lovely – he invites his lecturer out for a beer
