He’s been sporting them for a while now, but they came to widespread attention when he wore them for post-fight interviews after defeating Nate Diaz last night.
There’s been a great deal of chat ever since about where McGregor may have gotten the style inspiration from – grandads? Dwight Schrute? Maybe he really identifies with Barb from Stranger Things?
