No luck on Valentine's Day? This Cork lad is auctioning himself off as a 'dream date'

Get him while you can.

LADIES – NO DATE FOR for Valentine’s Day this year? In need of a good wining and dining? Allow this man to step in.

One Cork lad, going only by the username mcloie2015, has put himself up on eBay under the title ‘Irish Dream Date’ with bids starting at €20.

There’s no indication that this isn’t a cruel prank by some mates, but here’s what mcloie2015 has to say for himself:

Needless to say this man is not an iPhone 6 Plus… But it is a proven fact that this man is a brand new, top of the range model and his duties as an ideal date are now available to purchase.

You might think that an unsuccessful Valentine’s Day would be the reason for the auction, but the seller insists it’s the other way round.

Following a fantastic Valentine’s evening where he impressed many a single lady, this man has decided to offer his services [for one night only] to the highest bidder on behalf of the sheer craic and banter of the lads.

“Ladies, if you are up for the time of your life with a genuine, honest and very good fun individual, then look no further,” he adds.

All in the name of #banter! How noble.

The auction ends on February 28, whereupon all of the money raised will go to charity, and one lucky lady will presumably be whisked off her feet. Happy bidding.
