This customer call from hell will drive you absolutely crazy

Just disconnect their internet already.

THERE’S NOTHING WORSE than spending your valuable time on the phone to a customer care representative who just ISN’T LISTENING.

This call takes the biscuit though.

Ryan Block recently rang Comcast to disconnect from the provider, but the customer service representative was having none of it. He repeatedly asks Block why he’s changing, but Block won’t give an explanation. OK, so he should just accept it and disconnect them, right? Wrong.

Block wrote on SoundCloud:

Overhearing the conversation, I knew this would not be very fun. What I did not know is how oppressive this conversation would be. Within just a few minutes the representative had gotten so condescending and unhelpful I felt compelled to record the speakerphone conversation on my other phone.

Don’t listen unless you want to pull your hair out.
