Poll: Did you manage to make it through Lent?

It’s ok. We won’t rat on you.

BACK AT THE beginning of February, Leo Varadkar vowed to have an “uber healthy” 40 days during lent, when he shared a photo of the frighteningly transparent pancake he treated himself to before Ash Wednesday.

After six weeks, it seems that the Taoiseach may have given up and had a cheat day, because he was seen hanging around outside a chipper with Fine Gael TD Noel Rock  during the week.

Brought the Taoiseach for some chips last night.

We can’t say for sure whether Leo indulged in a bag of chips or not, but Noel Rock’s caption raises some suspicion.

Did you fare better than Leo Varadkar this year?

Poll Results:

I didn't give up anything for Lent. (835)
Yep, somehow I made it. (256)
I completely failed this year. (203)
I broke Lent once or twice. (150)
