TODAY IS ITALIAN model Fabio’s 54th birthday.

In case you are somehow unfamiliar with Fabio, he is a model who set many a woman’s heart aflutter with his posing on the front of romance novels throughout the 80s and 90s.

It is also worth noting that Fabio has some acting experience, appearing in American soap operas and making cameos in films like Dude, Where’s My Car? and Zoolander.  He also released an album titled Fabio After Dark, which included soliloquies on his philosophy of love.

As if that wasn’t enough, in 1993, Fabio also shared his fitness secrets with the world in Fabio Fitness.
