A WOMAN SUFFERING with Lyme’s disease is using the power of Father Ted to fund medical treatment.
Denise Ryan from Rathfarnham is in the late stage of Lyme disease and she’s attempting to raise ’10,000 tenners’ to fund medical treatment in the US.
She designed this Pat Mustard tshirt to increase funds for the treatment for the disease, which she contracted from tick bites while in Canada.

Dougal (Ardal O’Hanlon) and Michael Redmond aka Father Stone have since worn the tshirt to show their support.
Ryan has had a lot of support so far, but still has a long way to go.
It will cost €100,000 for 1 year of intensive medical treatment. It’s such a huge amount of money to have to raise, more than I could ever manage alone. But I’m doing everything I can to get there and beat this.
