BRAZILIAN TEENAGER ROBERTA Bernado went to the shops on Tuesday.
Little did she know it would make her an internet celebrity.
You see, she spotted this potato and thought it was cute – it had little arms
Roberta posted her new friendship to Facebook for the craic and it absolutely exploded.
She told Buzzfeed:
She looked like a little baby with little arms
The post contained some images of them larking about the gaff
Roberta dressed her up – and the internet just fell in love with her and the potato she named “Potato”

Once the post had exploded and she had been featured on websites around the world, she sent this message out to people on Facebook.
“I’m sorry guys, not going to accept the whole world, but here’s a photo of the potato enjoying his fame to cheer you up”
