GLASTONBURY IS WELL and truly under way over in the UK – and things are predictably muddy.
But there’s been one hero that has arisen from the carnage – and that is the grandmother who thought she was sending a private mail to her granddaughter but posted it instead to a Glastonbury event page.
And it’s gone super viral
The post seems to have been deleted from the page, but multiple screenshots were taken when it had only 2000 likes and then when it reached over 20,000 likes in less than 12 hours. The Glastonbury nan is now a bona fide internet sensation.
i100 in the UK has even got in touch to get some background on the story – namely whether her granddaughter remembered the wellies.
