OVER THE YEARS, Gwyneth Paltrow has come out with some pretty whacky stuff.
She likes to steam her vagina, get stung by bees as ‘therapy’ and eats something called ‘Sex Bark’. So naturally, a lot of people rolled their eyes at the wording of her 2014 breakup announcement when she said that herself and Chris Martin were going through a ‘conscious uncoupling’.
She explained that she and Chris Martin loved each other very much, but would ‘remain separate’, which is fair enough. The statement was followed by doctors explaining what the term ‘conscious uncoupling’ meant, and it went extremely viral, causing her website GOOP to crash.
Last night the actress shared a photo to Instagram that suggests that ‘conscious uncoupling’ is the approach everyone should be taking towards breakups.
Most people who break up on good terms say stuff like “Oh, we’ll still be friends”, but have no intentions of staying friends. Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, however? They’re brunching together with Gwyneth’s rumoured fiancé Brad Falchuk.
Few people could get their ex to comfortably enjoy brunch with their current partner. Are they splitting a jar of chocolate spread? Why does the chocolate spread label look like it says ‘Not Poo’? It’s probably a label that’s necessary within the Paltrow household, considering everything else.

Gwyneth has reportedly been dating Brad Fulchuk for three years, since meeting on the set of Glee in 2014. Entertainment Tonight claim that they’ve been engaged for as long as a year now.
