ANYONE WHO HAS ever watched a film with their mam (or either of their parents, really) knows its a pretty serious ordeal.
You become their cinematic spirit guide, helping them through plot points and character developments, and more often than not they STILL don’t get what’s going on.
YouTuber pixelspersecond watched (the already confusing) Inception with his mam, and got her to retell the story afterwards. It went predictably.
Was she even watching it at all?!
