This driver came up with the most Irish excuse to get out of a clamping

Chancer.

GOING TO THE pub for “just the one” is steeped in Irish tradition.

And so it was when this driver in Dublin drove into town for that very purpose last week.

But it went the way it always does and they couldn’t get back in the car – so they improvised

Spotted by Aísling Burke on South William Street at around 7am last week and shared on Snapchat, you have to applaud this driver’s dedication to “the one.”

Pros: Responsibly not getting back behind the wheel.

Cons: The near 100% chance that the clamper didn’t care about their lovingly crafted note.
