9 people who thought Katie Hopkins was dead right on The Late Late

Hopkins said you can’t be “fat and happy”.

CONTROVERSIAL COLUMNIST AND professional TV couch-sitter-0n Katie Hopkins announced on the Late Late Show last night:

I don’t believe you can be fat and happy.

Hopkins latest talking point is obesity. Several months ago she announced that she was deliberately putting on weight to prove she was “right on fatties”.

Hopkins has previously come under fire for her views on kids’ names, parenting and a host of other issues. She always has her critics – and then some – but she also finds herself striking a chord with a large number of people, and this time is no different.

Hopkins spoke to Tubs about her belief that being fat is “just a cop out”:

She also engaged in debate with Irish Independent journalist Andrea Smith and members of the audience on the issue:

And while some were staunchly in the anti-Katie camp:

Some couldn’t help but agree with her:

Oh, and Katie and Andrea are cool guys. They’re cool.

What do you think? Is Katie right?
