For everyone who has a crippling addiction to deliciously cheap Lidl chocolate

Kryptonite.

THE QUEUES AND general chaos of a Lidl store might be overwhelming, but one thing keeps us coming back:

Lidl chocolate is a gamechanger, and it’s been slowly taking over the lives of sweet-toothed folk for years now. Are you one of them?

Before, you probably had an affinity for a certain name brand of chocolate

You were a Cadbury person, or a Galaxy person, and shelling out whole euros for a bar. You were in deep.

But all that went out the window once you picked up some Fin Carré

69c per bar. So much choice. Finally, a chocolate habit you could afford.

But its cheapness is also what makes it terrible

Not in taste, but in how many slabs you put into your basket of a casual Tuesday evening shop.

Sure, they may be rip offs of more well-known bars, but that’s OK

‘Caramel and biscuit’, is it? Your secret’s safe with us. *winks*

Even if the names are sometimes questionable

Crusti Choc. K.

But they come into their own quite beautifully

All those hazelnuts. Would you be well.

You can never just ‘have one in the press’

LOL, good one. It’ll probably be inhaled in the time it takes for you to get back to the house and putting away the shopping.

So curse you, Fin Carré

As if our chocolate addiction needed any more help. Thanks, Lidl.
