ONCE UPON A time, back in the heady days of ’90s fashion, kids having lights on the soles of their shoes was a common, nay, fashionable thing to do.

When the Millennium rolled around, they obviously died a bit of a death as these things tend to do.

But now Penneys are stocking these gems in Irish stores – as these were spotted in Swords today
