Now-lost shows that made Saturday morning TV the greatest

Up and at them! It’s been 20 years since Live & Kicking hit our screens.

SCARILY, IT HAS been twenty years since Live & Kicking first sprung into life on our TV’s screens.

Remember when Saturday mornings were the best part of the week? Despite having to be dragged out of bed screaming during the week for school, Saturday morning we were all up bright and early to catch the best TV.

Live & Kicking

Ran from 1993 til 2001 and – as it was on the BBC – you could only watch it in Ireland if you were lucky enough to have all The Channels.

Today Is Saturday Watch And Smile. And a youthful Chris Tarrant to boot. (Our apologies if you didn’t have The Channels and therefore missed out on Tiswas.)
