Taylor Swift's video director Joseph Kahn said Beyoncé copied 'Bad Blood'... it's The Dredge

It’s celeb dirt o’clock.

EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt from the top to the very bottom.

Joseph Kahn is the director of Taylor Swift’s latest music video for her single ‘Look What You Made Me Do’.

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, he made a comment about Taylor and Beyoncé who have had a silent rivalry since Kanye got up on that stage at the VMAs way back in 2009. The comment Kahn made was in reference to people who criticized Taylor, whose new video allegedly replicated aspects of Beyoncé’s iconic ‘Formation’, according to Beyoncé fans.

He told the publication:

They don’t realize in 2015 in ‘Bad Blood’, Taylor Swift was wearing a black crop top. I really do think, by the way, that Beyoncé copied ‘Bad Blood’.

Naturally, he hit a nerve and all hell broke loose from Beyoncé fans. His Instagram and Twitter accounts were immediately spammed with bee emojis. Egging Beyoncé fans on, he went on to tweet ‘Come and get it Beyhive’.

He seemed to enjoy the attention he received from the comments, simply tweeting ‘LOL’ shortly after.

He then confirmed that he was ‘just trolling’ Beyoncé fans.

Rihanna’s cosmetics line Fenty Beauty was released today, featuring 40 different shades of foundation so that it’s inclusive to every skin colour imaginable.

In interviews at the launch she discussed why it’s so important to provide a very diverse range of shades.

If the video won’t play, you can watch it here.

Rihanna explained:

With every product I was like, ‘there needs to be something for a dark-skinned girl, there needs to be something for a pale-skinned girl and everything in between’.

Experts are praising the products for their slick magnetic packaging and reasonable price tag. Prices range from €9 to €50. Vogue spoke particularly highly of the products, commending Fenty Beauty’s ‘finely-milled and velvety’ powders as well as the lines ‘ultra-blendable’ liquid formulas that have excellent coverage. It looks like Coleen Rooney could be defying Wayne’s alleged ‘ultimatum’.

Yesterday a source told The Sun that Wayne ‘pointed the finger’ at wife Coleen over the ‘number of holidays she takes‘ (something that media have been critical of too – but let’s be real, we’d all be doing it if we were rich).

At the time of his arrest, Coleen was on holidays and had to return early when the news broke. Afterwards, Wayne allegedly said that he would quit drinking if she quit the excessive holidaying.

Now it is being reported that Coleen is already planning her next holiday to Dubai for the October midterm with her sons. If this is true she has no chill, but fair play. (Metro)
