AT LAST, SOMEONE has answered the question people have been asking for centuries.
‘Where in the name of God is the wine for cats?’
It turns out, as of this week, it’s in Japan.
According to Kokatu, Nyan Nyan Nouveau is the work of pet supplement company B&H, and although it doesn’t actually contain any alcohol it is made up of Cabernet grapes. It also contains catnip and Vitamin C and apparently actually tastes like wine!
We can’t help but wonder what effect it will have. After all, this is what cats are like when they’re sober, so what might happen after a few glasses?
Alas, for the moment, cat wine is only available to the Japanese, but we’ll let you know if we hear of any making it to our shores.
