Al Porter went down a treat on his debut BBC appearance

The Tallaght comedian has gained some British fans.

TALLAGHT’S SON, AL Porter, appeared on Michael McIntyre’s new BBC One show last night.

It was a big break for the 23-year-old, and his first time on BBC One.

Michael introduced him as the ‘toast’ of this year’s Edinburgh festival, and his comedy bit went down a treat

Despite his Irish-centric jokes including murmurs of a United Ireland, the British audience loved him.
