This café's excellent sandwich boards are dad joke HEAVEN

Prepare to laugh, then groan, then laugh again.

AS MUCH AS we scoff, we do enjoy a good dad joke – and this Scottish café is truly perfecting the art.

The Inversnecky Café in Aberdeen has become well known both in the city and on Facebook for their hilarious signs, which contain many groan-worthy gags:

According to Buzzfeed, the signs are the work of three employees – Scott, Wendy and Martin – who aim to come up a new joke every day.

Each of them likes to call out the others (mostly Martin, poor Martin) in their jokes:

The three say they have competitions to see whose signs get the most likes on Facebook, but have declined to reveal the leaderboard. Boo!
