Seriously funny.

WE ALL KNOW we need to mind our mental health like we would our physical health, but this really hammers it home.

Connect Mental Health is a Donegal organisation that raises awareness of mental health issues in the county – to promote their new series of events, they teamed up with comedy duo Hunt the Vigan to create this clever sketch.
