Some genius has discovered a scaldy (but super easy) way to cook an omelette

MAKING AN OMELETTE is often a bit of a pain in the hoop. All that flipping in the pan… the cleaning afterwards… effort.

Why can’t we throw it in the microwave, like scrambled eggs? Yes, it may be scaldy, but it sure is effective.

The method involves putting the egg mixture into a ziploc bag and letting nature take its course. Truly how eggs were intended to be cooked.

The obvious benefit is that you have no clean up time, and can cook about eight at a time.
