This Dublin pub was caught rapid flying the Ivory Coast flag

This is the flag of the West African country Ivory Coast.

They aren’t a million miles away from each other, which would explain why Dublin pub TP Smith’s got a bit mixed up:

Redditor liamog85 spotted the gaffe yesterday while passing the pub on Jervis Street –  a picture on their Facebook page from March shows that usually, they have the Irish flag hanging the right way round.

Fortunately, the post was spotted by another user who said TP Smith’s was the ‘family pub’, and reassured everyone that it’d be fixed ASAP:

Great seeing the family pub on Reddit ha, albeit for the wrong reasons. If you happen to stroll by it tomorrow, this will be rectified.
