Last week, comedy writer Beth Newell was about to go to the hospital to deliver her baby daughter when her waters broke.
Things moved quickly and she ended up giving birth in the back of her car. (Don’t worry, an ambulance eventually showed up.)
Following the miraculous birth, Newell tweeted at Honda to cheekily ask for a new car. You know, because of the mess.
It got thousands of retweets.

Newell told Buzzfeed News that while they will not be giving her a new car, they did offer to pay for cleaning and seat replacement.
