THE BRIT AWARDS are currently happening in London, with stars from music and TV awaiting performances from the likes of Katy Perry and Ed Sheeran.
They got the red carpet out of the way nice and early, which might turn out to be a blessing in disguise for some of the attendees.
We won’t beat about the bush. There have been some shockers.
1. Rita Ora’s formal camo
A sheer ballgown with a casual camo jacket hanging off her shoulders. Oh Rita, our nemesis, you’ve done it again.
2. Simon Neil of Biffy Clyro’s cloak
Simon’s gone over all Handmaid’s Tale on us.
3. And Matty Healy of The 1975′s cloak
Whereas Matty here is channelling Interview With A Vampire. Maybe he and Simon can have a cloak off!
4. Model Eliza Cummings’ sleeves
When you have a Transition Year musical to be in at 5pm but the Brit Awards are on at 6pm.
5. Charli XCX’s parachute realness
When you have to jump out of a plane at 5pm but the Brit Awards are on at 6pm.
6. Ed Sheeran’s turtleneck
The hunted look of a man forced into his Good Mass Clothes. He’ll be peeling that turtleneck off himself as soon as he gets in the door.
7. Pixie Lott’s shredded look
Pixie’s dress got caught in a door moments before the ceremony but she’s making the best of it. A brave woman.
8. Little Mix’s thigh-high slits
Little Mix’s dresses are fine for standing around in (if a bit bonkers)…
…But bad for actually moving and being a human person in. Hard pass.
9. Nicole Scherzinger’s matchy-matchy ensemble
This is hilarious. Nicole, you’re a peach.
10. And Louisa Johnson’s feathers
Sorry for the side angle but it is simply the best way to view the pants. What. WHAT.
